Dramatic English (DE) Education Centre in 2006. Taught by Native
English Drama Teachers, students learn to use English, communication
skills, interpersonal skills, and build up self confidence by
participating in musical and drama training through to performing in
theatres. Studens from the age of 6 to adults can learn and enjoy
English, Drama and Musical theatre wth us.Through establishing
partnerships with different people, there will soon be DE Education
Centres in Causeway Bay and Shatin besides the first centre which is
now located in Jordan, Kowloon.

Candidates should be post-secondary educated.

Marketing experience preferred.

provision of consultancy services to overseas business partners which

events/games and development of marketing strategy. In addition, the
team manages the implementation of sports betting operations for
identified business partners covering the set up of trading and
operations capability, design of selling channels and launch of
marketing campaigns. We are now looking for high calibre and committed
individuals to join the team.
You will assist in business development projects
conduct business analysis related to sports betting with good
understanding of the betting business operations
assist in customer service channel planning and implementation
work with various departments and divisions on implementation of
business development initiatives
You should have tertiary education with a minimum of five years'
experience have experience in customer service and retail call centre
environment an advantage
have strong business acumen and project management skills
have good communication and interpersonal skills in written and spoken
English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
be creative, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks
independently and meet tight deadlines
The level of appointment will be commensurate with qualifications and

Completed Form 7 or above; VTC graduates with engineering

3-4 years experiences in dealing with customers, prepare quote and

Responsibilities
Answer the general queries via telephone, email and walk-ins
Greet the members and potential members and promote the membership to
the members
Act as the 'face' of the department for members and provide excellent
customer service
Be a main liaison point between members and the department and ensure
members' comments, queries, suggestions are passed on to the
appropriate persons
Process the cancellations and transfers of classes
Handle cash and cheque payments accurately to ensure these tally with
the applications that have been processed
Liaise with Programme Officer to organise add-on classes if a
particular class becomes full
Requirements
Higher Diploma or above
5-year working experience in activity coordination preferred
Good understanding of Western cultures or native English speaker with
holding valid Work Visa in Hong Kong
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent command
of English, both written and verbal
Good knowledge of MS Office (including Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, Outlook)
Able to work both as part of a team and independently
Meticulous, systematic and organized
May also be required to work outside office hours occasionally to
cover for evening classes
